CRITERIA OF

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Regular Membership:

Keeping in view limited space / area and available facilities in Club, criteria for the regular membership is fixed for retired and serving officers as under:-

All Former Chief Secretaries of Sindh
All Federal Secretaries belonging to Sindh
All Officers of PAS BS 17 and above Serving in Govt. of Sindh / belonging to Province of Sindh
All Officers of Ex-PCS BS 17 and above
All Officers of PSS BS 17 and above
All officers of PMS BPS 17 and above
Officers of (Secretariat) Planning and Development Department BPS 20 and above
Spouses of deceased members ( As above)

Associate Membership.

Following officers serving / retired will be eligible for Associate Membership for term of three years (extendable)

1- Selected officers of Ex-Cadre / Other Departments / BPS-20 and above from Province of Sindh

Health department. 35 Officers per year not exceeding 100 at a time.
Education department. 20 Officers per year not exceeding 60 at a time.
Officers of other departments GOS.

2- Officers of Departments having their clubs / community premises to avail Departmental Clubs / Premises

Procedure for Regular and Associate Membership.

Eligible officer may please collect the DATA SHEET from secretary SGOC office.

Submit the data sheet along with annexures and application to the secretary SGOC office
A preliminary meeting of worthy prospective members with club administration will be convened.
The request will be examined by the membership sub-committee
Meet and greet with the management committee ( For Associate Member)
Approval of membership
Deposit of Prescribed Fees
Issuance of Provisional Membership card for 6 months.
Issuance of Regular Card after ratification of CMC.

The Sindh Government Officers Club is inaugurated on Sunday 6^th January, 2019. It has an area of 7500Sq. Yards and located at Bath Island Clifton Karachi. It has many indoor and outdoor sports facilities to provide relaxation and excellent food with impeccable services to its valued members.
